Central New Mexico Community College is one of our community’s greatest resources. As CNM faces new challenges — from artificial intelligence and online learning to federal budget changes — we need leaders who can solve problems and prepare students for the future.

Dr. Ken Pascoe has built his life around service, leadership, and education.
Ken served 21 years in the United States Air Force, including ten years stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base, which brought him and his family to Albuquerque in 1996. Today, Albuquerque is home.
He has served on the City Council’s Redistricting Advisory Board and is the current Chairman of Albuquerque’s Public Safety Tax Advisory Board. His commitment to fair representation and public safety reflects his dedication to the people of our community.
Ken earned his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. He now works as an engineer developing systems that keep our nation safe while also mentoring and teaching fellow engineers.
Family is central to Ken’s story. He and his wife raised four children in Albuquerque, who went on to graduate from Albuquerque Public Schools, CNM, and the University of New Mexico.
Ken is running for the CNM Governing Board to ensure students today — and tomorrow — have the same opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.
